Gearooz offers three delivery options for our UK customers: Free 1-3 Day Standard Delivery, £5 Next Day Delivery and Click & Collect. We have put into place an interactive service enabling our next day delivery customers to receive a 1 hour delivery slot via email and text. If the time slot isn't suitable you can choose from a number of alternative delivery options. For international delivery enquiries please contact us.
*We ship all in stock items the same day if you order before 5pm. You can check if an item is eligible for this by looking out for the green in stock tick. Available items with a blue tick are shipped within a few days and are not available for next day delivery.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online processing system. All card payments are processed and verified using 3D secure technology. We do not accept American Express. Payment can also be made via PayPal with just a couple of clicks.
Finance Your Purchase
Pay over 6, 10, 12, 24 or 36 months with Gearooz Finance. Spread the cost with easy monthly payments and a 10%-50% deposit. Gearooz finance products are offered by Close Brothers and range from £300 to £25,000. Find out more about DJ & music equipment finance.
Gearooz wants all our customers to feel as confident as we are in the products we sell. However, if something's not quite right we offer a full 30 day money back gurantee. We also offer full and extended warranties across all of our products. Should something go wrong within ths warranty period, simply contact the Gearooz team who will resolve the problem and organise a repair.
Goods which are unwanted within 30 days can be returned for exchange or credit. If the unit is faulty within 30 days of purchase we will replace it.
Products which have exceeded the 30 day period, but are within warranty, can be returned for repair. You will need to post the item back to us. However if your product becomes faulty out of warranty you will need to contact the Gearooz team for a repair quote.
