Returns & Replacements
Gearooz wants all our customers to feel as confident as we are in the products we sell. However, if something's not quite right we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee. We also offer full and extended warranties across all of our products. Should something go wrong within ths warranty period, simply contact the Gearooz team who will resolve the problem and organise a repair.
Goods which are unwanted within 30 days can be returned for exchange or credit. If the unit is faulty within 30 days of purchase we will replace it.
Products which have exceeded the 30 day period, but are within manufacturer warranty, can be returned to the manufacturer for a repair. You will need to post the item back to us. However if your product becomes faulty out of manufacturer warranty you will need to contact the Gearooz team for a repair quote.
If the unit is faulty and you have purchased extended warranty through Simplesurance, you will need to go to their website www.simplesurance.co.uk/claims and follow the instructions there.
